1. Agreement to Terms

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection fees.

The materials on Verge Leadership Labs' website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Verge Leadership Labs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
